Medically assisted detox is generally 3-5 days, and our residential addiction treatment program takes at least 60 days, depending on your needs and goals.

We do not allow clients to keep their cell phones during detox or rehab. If you bring your cell phone, we will keep it locked up until you leave.

We do allow our clients to make calls using our phone after they have been in residential treatment for 8 days.

If you need to get a message to someone during that time, our staff can call and relay a message.

Your family can call and check on you during that time if you have filled out a release of information for them.

Clients can write and receive letters right away.

In most cases, you will be able to set up family sessions with your counselor after 2 weeks. These can be in-person, over Facetime, or through Zoom depending on what works best for your loved ones.

Every day of addiction treatment and recovery is a little different. You will do 5-6 hours of group therapy each day. This is not always in the classroom. Some of our therapies include:

  • Art therapy
  • Yoga and meditation
  • Living in Balance
  • Seeking Safety
  • Continuing Care Groups (where different providers from IOP, Sober Living, therapists, trade schools, colleges, employers etc. Come and speak about services they provide.)
  • Rock Climbing Therapy (Team building and trust)
  • Music Therapy
  • Hiking
  • Peer led groups
  • At night the clients go out to different AA/NA meetings or have them come to our campus.
  • Every weekend is different but there are always therapeutic activities planned.
We do not allow outside activities during addiction treatment because we want your focus to be on your treatment while you are here. If you need help with FMLA paperwork, we can assist.

We will! We have a discharge planner that starts working with clients in their second week. We will get you set up with whatever you need. If you don’t have money, that’s not a problem. We have relationships with places that can help you with that. After care plans can include,

  • Sober living
  • IOP
  • Therapy (CPT, DBT, CBT, EMDR)
  • Interviews at a temp agency
  • PCP
  • Couples counselling
  • Dental appointments
  • Free health clinics
We are primary substance abuse, but we do treat mental health disorders as well. When you arrive, you will meet with a psychiatrist and addictionologist. You will also have weekly sessions with a licensed drug and alcohol counselor.
