Clinical Director
Location: Serenity Park Recovery Center, Little Rock, Arkansas
Employment Type: Full‑Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead and oversee all aspects of clinical programming at Serenity Park Recovery Center. The ideal candidate is an experienced clinician with a strong background in substance use disorder treatment, team leadership, and the application of ASAM criteria. This role ensures that every client receives ethical, individualized, and effective care consistent with Serenity Park’s mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to therapists and counseling staff.
- Oversee development, implementation, and documentation of treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Maintain a strong understanding of ASAM levels of care and apply them consistently.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director and multidisciplinary team to optimize program delivery and outcomes.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold best practices in addiction and mental health treatment.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in substance use disorder treatment.
- Must be a LPC or LCSW.
- Deep knowledge of ASAM criteria and their clinical application.
- Preferred credentials: ADC, AADC, or LADAC (or eligible to obtain).
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a clinical team.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Residential Support Technician (RDS/Tech)
Location: Serenity Park Recovery Center – Little Rock, Arkansas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Overview
Serenity Park Recovery Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate Residential Support Technician to join our team full-time. This position plays an essential role in supporting our clients through the daily structure of residential treatment and ensuring a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide structure, accountability, and encouragement to residents during morning routines and daily programming
- Assist with transportation to appointments, meetings, and community outings
- Maintain facility safety and cleanliness standards
- Monitor resident activities and support healthy boundaries
- Complete shift documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with clinical and leadership staff
- Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a recovery-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 months in personal recovery
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Reliability, flexibility, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
