  • PRN Nurse

    Position Overview


    Serenity Park Recovery Center is seeking PRN Nurses to provide dependable coverage for open shifts and support continuity of care for clients in treatment. This role is an important part of our clinical team and helps ensure that clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality medical support throughout their recovery journey.


    The ideal candidate is a licensed nurse who is comfortable working in a collaborative behavioral health environment and who brings professionalism, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to their work. PRN Nurses play a key role in supporting the medical needs of clients while working alongside clinicians and residential staff to maintain a safe and structured treatment setting.


    Responsibilities


    • Provide nursing coverage for scheduled or open shifts as needed.

    • Monitor and support the medical needs of clients within the residential treatment environment.

    • Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to ensure continuity of care.

    • Maintain accurate documentation of client care and medication administration.

    • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective medical care.

    • Communicate important health updates to the clinical team and appropriate staff.

    • Support a safe, professional, and therapeutic environment for clients.


    Qualifications


    • Current nursing license in the State of Arkansas (LPN or RN).

    • Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or residential care preferred.

    • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.

    • Professional demeanor and commitment to ethical, client-centered care.


    Compensation


    Compensation is based on licensure and experience.

  • Behavioral Health Technician

    Shift: Thursday – Saturday

    3:00 PM – 11:00 PM


    Position Overview


    Serenity Park Recovery Center is seeking a part-time Behavioral Health Technician to help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment for clients in recovery.


    This role focuses on supporting the daily structure of the program while encouraging accountability, engagement, and personal responsibility among residents. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, reliability, and a compassionate approach to working with individuals in early recovery.


    BHT staff play an important role in maintaining the integrity of the program while helping create an environment where clients can focus on growth, healing, and long-term recovery.


    Responsibilities

     

    • Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment.

    • Monitor daily activities and ensure clients follow program expectations and schedules.

    • Support clients in their recovery process through encouragement, accountability, and guidance.

    • Communicate important client or program updates to clinical staff and leadership.

    • Assist with maintaining a positive and respectful community environment within the residence.

    • Document relevant client interactions and observations according to program procedures.


    Qualifications

     

    • Completion of Peer Training required prior to employment.
    • Active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Experience working in behavioral health, recovery, or residential treatment preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to maintain professional boundaries while supporting individuals in recovery.
    • Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and compassionate care.
